What Should I Expect at a Sunday Worship Gathering?

We are meeting in person! Our Worship Gathering is every Sunday at 10:00 AM. You must register before that morning in order to attend. Please check the Weekly Newsletter for that link, or click here to get added to the list!

Please plan to arrive at church 15 minutes early. When you arrive at church, please park in the West parking lot and follow the pylons to the South Link doors for entrance and sign in if you are going to the Sanctuary. If you are going to the Gym, please enter through the West Parking Lot doors. If needed, drop off can also occur at the link doors.

We ask that congregants bring and wear a mask while in the church building as part of our commitment to caring for the wellbeing of others. Masks will be available for those who require one.

What About Kids?

We are offering a Family-friendly worship space around tables in the Gym hosted by Pastor Ruth. There will be individual activity packs available for children and the worship service from the sanctuary will be on the big screen. When registering, you will be given the option to select either Worshiper: Sanctuary or Worshiper: Gym, so please select the Gym option!

Please enter through the West Parking Lot doors.

Worship FAQs

When are your worship gatherings?

We are meeting at 10:00 AM on Sunday mornings. If you are unable to join us in person, we also live stream the service on our YouTube channel.

What should I wear?

When you come to one of our worship gatherings you will find people dressed in a wide variety of styles from as casual as jeans or shorts to a smaller number dressed more formally. Please feel free to wear what is most comfortable for you so you can be at ease while participating in worship together. Masks are required for all in attendance, so please bring your own. We have a limited amount on-hand.

What happens in a worship gathering?

Our worship gathering lasts from 45-60 minutes depending on what has been planned for each week. Each service includes times of worship through listening to music and humming, corporate prayer, and relevant biblical teaching. Our worship ministries strive for 4 goals in our gatherings: Encounter God, Fellowship in Community, Bring an Offering, and  Life Transformation.

How often do you celebrate communion?

We are working on ways to safely conduct communion in person in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Do I need to bring a bible?

If you would like to use a bible, please bring one! Due to COVID-19, all bibles and hymnals have been removed from the pews, so feel free to bring one from home. Apps like Bible Gateway are free to download on your phone as well.

Does your church collect an offering? Do you expect me to give money?

The offering is meant to honour Jesus with the resources, including finances, that God has placed in our care. Our members also offer their time and talents as a worshipful offering by serving others in the church and community. Please don’t feel any obligation to give when you visit.

I have a physical disability requiring a wheelchair. Is there accessible parking? Where should I sit?

We have designated parking spaces at the West entrance (rear parking lot door). There is also an accessible entrance for drop-offs and pick-up at our South entrance (side door). An elevator is provided for accessibility to both our upper and lower level areas. Our sanctuary is located on the upper level and has accessible seating areas at both sides and rear of the auditorium. Wheelchair accessible washrooms are located just off the upper level foyer next to the church offices and off the west foyer in the gymnasium.
