Our Caregivers Team is available to connect through personal visits with individuals as they become aware of needs within the congregation. Whether due to illness or hospitalization, loss of a loved one, or simply because of a need to connect, our caregivers will listen, pray with you, and offer personal support and encouragement.
If you would like to let the Caregivers know of a care need for yourself or someone else, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Caregivers Team would like to be in prayer for you or together with you. To share a prayer concern with us, you can contact us at email@example.com or by filling out a prayer card at the Church Life Centre in the foyer. All prayer requests will be held in confidence by the caregivers and pastors unless you indicate otherwise.
To have your prayer need shared with our congregational prayer chain, especially when prayer support of the faith community is required for an urgent situation, please contact the church office at 204.269.5940 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your prayer request.
To be included on the phone or email list for the prayer chain, please contact the Caregivers coordinators or church office as well.
Our Caregivers Team are also available to offer support for practical needs such as meals for those who are ill, simple home repairs, or families blessed with the arrival of a new child. If you have a practical support need or know of someone else’s need, please contact us at email@example.com.
Beginning on Oct. 24 we will return to a two-service format for our Sunday Worship Gatherings at Fort Garry MB Church. The first service at 9:30 a.m. will be open to everyone who is fully vaccinated. The second service at 11:00 a.m. will be open to everyone regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to have a Sunday morning Livestream Worship Service at 9:30 am on our Youtube channel.
We remain committed to taking a cautious approach to reopening and will continue the use of masks for all persons attending our indoor worship gatherings as recommended in the current health orders. Our staff and Church Council leadership will continue to monitor and discern an appropriate response in the coming weeks as circumstances continue to change.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-4. However, we do still recommend that you email or call ahead as some staff may be out of the office. Please contact the church office for further information regarding the use of the church facility for meetings or activities.
